Raymond Xiong

I am a PhD student at University of Massachusetts Amherst, advised by Dr. Hong Yu. I am intersted in natural language processing (NLP), communication, and applications of language technologies in healthcare.

Previously, I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Statistical Science at Duke University. During my time at Duke, I was fortunate to have worked with Dr. Monica Agrawal on LLM medical question-answering, Drs. Anru Zhang and Danyang Zhuo on LLM for healthcare data analysis, and Dr. Yunchuan Chen on sociopragmatics.
